Refund policy

At A&T Treasure Trove, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error in production. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
