Shipping policy

A&T Treasure Trove processes and ships orders as quickly as possible. Processing times vary depending on product availability and whether an item is custom-made or personalized. Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. A&T Treasure Trove is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist in resolving the issue. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the error was caused by A&T Treasure Trove.
